Volunteering with the SJMA
As a grassroots organization, the Saint James Music Academy is the product of peoples and communities coming together, working together, and creating together. Our committed and talented volunteers form an important part of this process, from slicing and dicing platters upon platters of vegetables for snack time to cowering in fear at the excessively-screechy brass section of our Junior Orchestra and everything in between. You do not need to be a classically trained musician to volunteer with us – you don’t even need to have the slightest hint of musical talent. If you are full of positive energy and enthusiasm, love working with children, and love being a part of an organization that is filled with moments of excitement and inspiration, there will be a place for you here.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All the best,
David Liou, Volunteer Coordinator
